The project we are working on (seen in "what I welded today" in mig forum) using 30" pipe, we are looking at solutions to extracting a weld if it faile non-destructive testing or if for some reason we needed to cut a pipe ... I currently have a Miller Diversion 165 TIG, Millermatic 211 MIG, and an old Miller buzz box stick machine that I don't use since I got the 211. The equipment is used for hot rod fabrication, so not a lot of heavy work.
