WebFeb 12, 2024 · The problem I have is that the PC does not want to post, the fans turn on and spin at (what I believe is) a full and consistent RPM, apart from the power supply fan which turns off shortly after the boot. I also have no display as said in the title, however my RGB Keyboard DOES light up yet my RGB mouse DOES NOT. WebThe case fans may run at full speed if the plugs are improperly connected. Check if your fan’s 3-pin has been connected to a 4-pin plug. Also, check if it’s running in PWM mode. This will make the fans operate at full capacity. You can change the mode to DC mode to decrease the running speed.
